This single family home in Manassas, VA was in need of some serious work. The home's owners did not know what to do and were looking at selling for less money and having the home sit on the market for quite some time while the "right buyer" came along. Luckily, they found us! With Kim's expert guidance and our awesome contractors who they can pay after closing - we're giving this home the touches it needs to sell in today's market!

In this video, we introduce you to the home as it is being demo'd and some of the projects have been started! The backyard has had some landscaping completed and we're just so excited to see the final project - this house needed some SERIOUS WORK as you might be able to tell!
